  • Do you accept insurance?
Replenish Women's Health is a Direct Patient Care practice and is not a provider for any type of insurance. We are a self-pay clinic and DO NOT ACCEPT OR BILL ANY TYPE OF HEALTH INSURANCE. Payment is due at the time services are rendered and accepted in the form of cash, credit card, debit card, or FSA/HSA. By choosing this model, we are able to provide patients with comprehensive and individualized care while avoiding unnecessary struggles with health insurance restrictions and requirements. All of our services must be paid for at the time the services are rendered. With high deductibles and insurance coverage picking up costs only after utilizing and failing first-line treatment options, the cash price is often less than your cost using your insurance. In addition, many adjunct therapies are not covered by insurance which limits your healthcare options. By eliminating this barrier, you’ll receive individualized treatment plans, support, accountability, and expertise which equates to accessible care at a great value. You may be able to use pre-tax dollars from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your fees related to your services from this office. Please contact your insurance company with any questions or concerns regarding covered amounts and deductibles. We can provide you an invoice to submit for out-of-network reimbursement to your insurance, but that will be your responsibility. OUR OFFICE CANNOT ASSIST YOU WITH ANY CLAIM RESOLUTION.
  • Can I pay with my HSA or FSA account?
Yes, you may pay with your HSA or FSA card, but we suggest you confirm with your plan prior to your visit.
  • Do you offer financing?
Yes! Our office proudly partners with Care Credit for easy financing options for purchases over $500. These options include 6 or 12-month interest-free financing for qualified patients.
  • Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required for all procedures, consultations, and follow-up visits. Should there be last-minute cancellations, a waiting list will be available for clients to be placed on.
  • What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our provider, but our other clients as well. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any missed appointments (including reschedules and no-shows) within the 24-hour cancellation period will be subject to a $75 fee (if a $75 deposit was collected for a new patient intake appointment, this will be used). After 2 missed appointments, you will be required to contact the office to discuss future scheduling.
  • Can I complete my paperwork in the office prior to my consultation?
So as not to cut into your time with our provider, and to allow ample time for her to review your intake paperwork prior to your consultation, we ask that all required paperwork be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If these forms have not been completed by this time, you will be required to reschedule your consultation appointment.
  • Do you offer genetic testing services?
Yes! We are proud to work with Myriad Genetics to provide genetic screenings for common GYN related cancers, including breast and ovarian cancers. These are typically covered by insurance depending on personal and family history. Lab and interpretation fees apply.
  • What is medically supervised weight loss?
Medical weight loss is a supervised weight loss program that involves not only the encouragement of diet and exercise, but incorporates prescription weight loss medications to assist you in reaching your weight loss goals. Our Nurse Practitioner will discuss your concerns, goals, current habits, and medical history to formulate a plan that you both think will work best for you.
  • What makes our weight loss plan different?
Replenish Women’s Health takes a whole-body approach to resetting the metabolism and helps to bring your body back into balance so you can lose weight and keep it off for good. We are not just another weight loss clinic, and Erin prides herself on her personalized support, attention, and helping you achieve your weight loss goals with evidenced-based medical care and the highest quality medications. You will not see surprise pricing or up-selling as our program pricing is all-inclusive and transparency is of the utmost importance.
  • Why is metabolic and hormonal health so important to weight loss?
Metabolic and hormonal health are crucial components to weight loss due to their influence on your body's ability to burn energy, build muscle, and respond to nutrients. Here's a more in-depth look at why these factors are so important: 1. **Energy Consumption and Storage**: Your metabolism is the process by which your body converts what you eat and drink into energy. During this biochemical process, calories in food and beverages are combined with oxygen to release the energy your body needs to function. If your metabolism is high, you burn energy more quickly than if it's slow. Certain metabolic disorders can significantly hinder your body's ability to efficiently use or store energy, impacting your ability to lose weight. 2. **Appetite Regulation**: Hormones play a big part in regulating your appetite. Ghrelin and leptin are two critical hormones involved in this process. Ghrelin is often termed the "hunger hormone," as it signals your brain that it's time to eat. On the other hand, leptin, produced by fat cells, sends signals indicating that you are full. If these hormones are out of balance, it can result in overeating and weight gain. 3. **Fat Distribution and Storage**: Hormones like insulin, cortisol, and sex hormones also influence how your body stores and distributes fat. For instance, high levels of insulin and cortisol can lead to increased fat storage, especially around the midsection. Sex hormones like estrogen and testosterone also play a role in fat distribution and muscle development. 4. **Muscle Development**: Hormones like testosterone, growth hormone, and insulin-like growth factor (IGF) play crucial roles in muscle development. Greater muscle mass can increase your resting metabolic rate (the number of calories your body burns at rest), thereby aiding in weight loss. 5. **Blood Sugar Control**: Insulin is a key hormone that controls your blood sugar levels. It allows cells to take in glucose and use it as a source of energy or store it as fat. If you have insulin resistance, a condition where your cells don't respond properly to insulin, it can lead to higher blood sugar levels and increased fat storage, contributing to weight gain. Maintaining good metabolic and hormonal health often involves lifestyle choices such as a balanced diet, regular physical activity, sufficient sleep, and stress management. However, if weight loss continues to be a struggle despite these efforts, it may be worthwhile to consult a healthcare provider to check for potential underlying conditions.
